What Would You like to Happen that Is Not Happening Now?

Ask your leaders: “What would you like to happen that is not happening now, or what would you not like to happen that is happening now?”

We believe that great leaders ask great questions. Use this question to open up a dialogue about their frustrations. Even if you are unable to eliminate the cause of frustration, there is an initial benefit for listening. By listening and reflecting with your leaders, you have the opportunity to come alongside and be an encourager. You don’t have to solve every problem to be a great leader, but great leaders listen and understand the environment of those that they lead.
