Dr. Jay Raines
Founder/CEO
Jay has more than 30 years of experience in leadership, mentoring, and developing others. Before launching LeadersQ, he co-founded a leadership consulting company in India with clients such as Moog, Toyota, and UST Global. He has also consulted for startups, SMEs, and non-profit charities. He enjoys the creativity involved in helping teams and individuals move forward to success as well as fly fishing and roasting coffee.

DANETTE HIGH, PCC
Danette models openness and curiosity, creating space for leaders to think and process plans for work and life success. With coaching, one size does NOT fit all, so she holds the mirror for self-understanding and provides perspective for relating to others. In her quest to serve clients better, Danette reads more books than she really has time for and holds the PCC credential with the International Coaching Federation. On most Saturdays, you’ll find her on a hike in the mountains near her home in Virginia.
Dr. RON DUGGINS, ACC
Ron is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. He partners with individuals and organizations to apply a coaching methodology in order to lay the groundwork for successful transitions, amplify personal and professional growth, innovate and create change, gain clarity, or reset success pathways. Ron lives in a multi-generational setting with his wife (a native of Brazil), two teenage daughters, and his in-laws in central Arkansas. They love traveling and exploring the great outdoors and Ron especially seeks to find opportunities to kayak and fish.
CATHY LEE, PCC
Cathy has more than 30 years’ experience in corporate and non- profit leadership roles. For much of her career, she led a multi- million-dollar business unit for a global technology leader serving Fortune 500 companies. Today, Cathy serves growth-minded leaders around the world to maximize their influence to develop and lead high performance teams. Cathy is an avid reader and lifelong learner. She loves traveling to new destinations and capturing landscape photography. In addition to living in Europe for several years, she has traveled to more than 20 countries on five continents, including Antarctica.
Dr. JOSH WYMORE
Dr. Josh Wymore has a passion for helping people live and lead with purpose and clarity. As an executive coach, consultant, and trainer with Wymore Consulting, Josh has helped Fortune 500 leaders all around the world lead themselves and their teams more purposefully. His first book, Humbler Leadership, explores the ten mindsets and skill sets leaders can practice to become humbler. He and his family now proudly call Fort Wayne, IN, home.
DUSTYN BURWELL, PCC
Dustyn experienced firsthand the power of coaching when he hired a coach to help him, and knew he had to get trained in it so he could help others experience the same kind of growth. Using coaching skills, Dustyn will help you assess, envision, and move towards a new future. As a PCC certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, he has helped hundreds of clients progress toward their most important goals. When they win, he wins. He’s based in Dublin, Ireland where he spends his non-coaching time with his family, outdoors, or in a coffee shop, looking for that perfect cup.
STEPHANIE LEIGH GUTIERREZ, ACC
Stephanie partners with leaders to help them thrive both professionally and personally. She specializes in conflict resolution, team dynamics, building healthy relationships, and strengthening communication skills for greater effectiveness. Stephanie holds a B.A. in Communication, an M.A. in Human Services Counseling, and is an ACC-certified coach. She is also certified in the Enneagram and brings deep insight into personal and team development.
Beyond her coaching work, Stephanie is a nonprofit director, public speaker, and podcast host.
She is fluent in Spanish having lived in Lima, Peru, for 10 years. When she’s not traveling, you’ll find Stephanie with her family in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a book in hand, playing games, or sharing food around their kitchen table with friends.
MELISSA EISENBRANDT, M.A. ACC
Melissa has 20 years of leadership development experience in non-profit and corporate contexts. She has created a curriculum targeting leadership growth, cultural significance, and those training to become professional coaches. Melissa is passionate about calling individuals and teams up to the next level of extraordinary. She believes connecting with values, connecting with purpose, and connecting with others is essential in establishing healthy leadership.
CHRISTY TENNANT KRISPIN, ACC
Christy Tennant Krispin (ACC, International Coaching Federation) excels in fostering effective communication, teamwork, and work-life harmony. With a professional background in the creative arts, corporate, and non-profit sectors, Christy is endlessly curious and loves helping her clients explore what’s possible. In addition to her work as a coach, Christy is pursuing a Masters of Arts in Chaplaincy (Spring ‘25).
