DR. JAY RAINES

Jay has more than 1000 hours of experience as a speaker in the US and globally and 20 years of experience as a personal and family life-coach. As an international entrepreneur, he co-founded a leadership consulting company with clients such as Moog, Toyota and UST Global. He has also consulted for startups, SMEs, and non-profit charities. He enjoys trips with his family to new places in addition to photography and roasting coffee at home.

KEVIN FRIAR – EXECUTIVE COACH

Mr. Kevin Friar served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Oilfield Chemicals Business at Nalco Champion LLC. Mr. Friar was with Nalco Champion for 26 years. He served Nalco beginning as a field engineer, marketing, and management. He served as Regional Manager of West Africa in 2004 and later as General Manager for OFC’s CAPEX region which included Gulf of Mexico, West Africa and Latin America. He served in that capacity until January 2009, when he became Vice President of global upstream. Mr. Friar has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Texas A&M University.

DANETTE HIGH

Danette began her career as a school district career counselor specializing in assisting refugees and at-risk teens. She has 23 years of overseas experience in leader development in South America, South Asia and Southeast Asia. In her last two years overseas she implemented training for more than 2,200 people while also designing and teaching interactive training for teams on the subjects of inter-generational teaming, coaching skills, team building, supervision, and customer service. Danette holds a BA in business administration and an MA. She is an ACC certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.
