DR. JAY RAINES

Jay has more than 30 years of experience in leadership, mentoring, and developing others. Before launching LeadersQ, he co-founded a leadership consulting company in India with clients such as Moog, Toyota, and UST Global. He has also consulted for startups, SMEs, and non-profit charities. He enjoys the creativity involved in helping teams and individuals move forward to success as well as fly fishing and roasting coffee. 

DANETTE HIGH

Danette has more than twenty years of experience in leadership development, mentoring, and coaching. She delights in the success of others and knows how to come alongside business owners and teams to help build trust, accountability, and improved communication. Her cross-cultural experience brings an added dimension of understanding as she works with individuals and groups. In a quest to serve our clients better, Danette holds credentials with the International Coaching Federation. 

CLAY KIRKLAND

Clay is certified both as a Gallup Strengthsfinder Coach and an Emotional Intelligence Coach. In the past decade, he has worked with over three thousand individuals and dozens of corporations and businesses including, Salesforce, BMW, Sherwin Williams, Valspar, Novarits, Merial, and Elanco Pharmaceuticals, Chick Fila, University of Georgia, Jackson Spalding, and Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta. Clay combines a high level of expertise from extensive training with a lively and engaging presentation style. The result is a professional and practical experience that delivers enjoyment and invaluable returns for both the individual and team. He resides near Athens, Georgia, with his wife and six children.

Ron is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. He partners with individuals and organizations to apply a coaching methodology in order to lay the groundwork for successful transitions, amplify personal and professional growth, innovate and create change, gain clarity, or reset success pathways.
